Chris, thanks for that, but Rob’s link on that page won’t permit me access 😕

Rob: seems a bit bizarre that I have permission to use the toolbar, but not to download it?

Hi John. I only have a bog standard membership so I’m used to being blocked from areas. But somebody such as yourself with a Gold membership I would have thought would have access to almost everything. So seems the permissions must be messed up. 🙁

I tried to download it too but it says that access is denied. I’ve got UKSG membership which I though gave me access but maybe not ?

    Rob, could you confirm ?

    Many thanks

Just a guess but with Robert moving the site & making changes it might have something to do with that. The toolbar was something that was available to anyone not just certain membership levels.

sorry guys… in short, the links been moved to a closed forum for "admins only", this has nothing to do with a membership status.
it will resurface in about a week. if not i will post back here with a direct link.

the reason for it being moved is down to the following on-going work, hope this helps explain.

    sorry for any inconvenience caused…

    cheers
