    Hi,

    Just want to check are there any restrictions on colours of reflectives and position on vehicles ie red on front ?

    Yes, there are loads of regulations. If you do a search you should find more than enough information.

    The regs for sides of vehicles are a bit vague, but for the pupose of the vehicle lighting regs, it states that red is the only reflective allowed, except for certain exeptions like police vehicles ans I presume long vehicle marking chevrons and number plates.

    Having said all that, I have never heard of any prosecutions for fitting the wrong stuff? common sense should prevail though
