  • where can i source brown anodised Aluminium?

Does anyone have any idea where to get this type of material. It is aluminium powdercoated basically but covering off will not do as it is what the planners have approved. Also spraying is too soft of a finish so im fairly stuck as to where to get this material. I have tried nearly 20 suppliers in ireland but no one knows of such a product. It does exist as the architects have a sample from another sign shop we have to compete with. Any ideas.

    Regards
    James

    Hi James,
Take a look at the Stadur website http://www.stadur.de. Go into the signs and display pages and you will see what colours and finishes they can offer in Stadurbond and Stadur Design plus they do specials on request dependent on volume, price etc. Reputation based on being flexible and fast. They’re high end quality wise and have been successful in mainland European and Eastern markets for many years.
    regards John

    Hello James,
Try Suregrave, http://www.suregrave.com, they do mid and dark bronze anodised aluminium in 2m x 1m sheets, 1.5mm and 3mm thick.
