Hi everyone, just having a nightmare weeding all these metalic stickers i offered to do for a forum.

Im new to all of this, wish id known how fiddily small letters were before i offered to do them all!!

My problem is, in the silver vinyl, its just missing part of the letters. The cuts arnt quite complete, theres always a tiny gap.

Its only on the metalics though, ive messed arround with the knife adjustment and i have it just showing and it cuts everything else fine.
Its just with this metalic. It does it the least if i have my pressure at about 110. Its cutting deep enough, just not completing it.

Is there something im doing wrong? Mines a creation CT900 with the blade it came with, its still sharp.

Thanks guys, i love this forum, ive learnt so much so far from reading!

Try a different angle of blade. Also how much work as your current blade done? it may still look sharp but it would surprise you the difference a new blade would make.

Also try adjusting the cutting speed, this can sometimes help. I know on our Pcut machines that if we have a really big job or really small one, a slower cutting speed can make all the difference.
