  • whats the best way to fix di-bond to plywood?

We need to bond some 3mm or 5mm foamex onto some temporary advertising boards, just wondered what would be the best method without them rippling too much.

We were thinking of may be a combination of gripfill & polypins or does anyone know of a better method? as with all these types jobs it needs to be done quickly a cheaply.

    Cheers

The best way, the only way we would do it is using “Mitre Fix” currently using the version by EVO STIK, it is a two part glue but in an instant sticks like sh1t

By the way I forgot to mention these are 2440 x 1220mm boards, looked at Mitre Fix & think this would be an expensive option as it comes in 50ml bottles at £8-£9 a go.

Silicone it then, slower and not so sticky but much cheaper
