  • what way should i cut a magnetic panel?

    Hey All,

I need to make a magnetic for a Peugeot Partner van and it needs to be flood coated blue (van is white). Do you think it would look better cut to the exact shape of the panel or just a rectangle.

On that note, I have the impact outline, has anyone some experience of how accurate the panel is drawn to the real van, or has anyone got some dimensions or an accurate file of the panel shape I could use please.

    Many thanks

    Ali 🙂

    Yes.

    Make your own template.

Impact outlines are good, and we use them all the time with excellent results, but if you want absolute accuracy of a particular panel shape then you have got to make your own.

I would go with the panel shape, and remember to upcharge as it is a custom mag and also flood-coated.
