    Hi everyone!
I’m kind of a newbie in the wrapping buisiness, mostly I’m just afraid of not charging what I’m supposed to.
I was wondering how much you normally see as profit (percentage) in every wrap.

This is how we price our wraps.

    Material usage per square metre.
Estimated Install time per man hour.

Determine your shops rates for either and calculate it.

    Material usage multiplied our rate
    plus
the labour time multiplied our shop rate.

It wouldn’t matter if we just had to print a wrap for someone or if we were just doing the fitting we could price it accordingly and make money on either component.

This gives you what you should be charging for wraps and make money on it.

If you have a printer you should have already calculated your material prices based on the amount of work you printer could theoretically do 6 hours a day 5 days a week providing you work full time.

Now you might not be utilising your printer that much so you might calculate it at 60% utilisation for now. This is kind of going into your business deeper but understanding how much work you can do a week and all your costs for that week is the only way your going to make sure you don’t short change yourself.

Our profit margins are structured to be the same for any product we sell. If we can’t structure the pricing to fit our model we won’t sell it.
