what vinyl for ipad screen.
seen loads of people buying screen protectors but i know its a cut vinyl but can anyone tell me what kind of clear vinyl is best.

I cover my Iphone screen with clear laminate – the same as used for contravision laminating. It doesnt interfere with the touch screen at all.Simon.

Covered an i-pad with standard clear vinyl, no probs or touch screen interference

i would imagine that depending on the vinyl you use, there maybe lots of adhesive residue left when changing. also, i would think a laminate film being more glossy.
also, does the thickness of the media not effect how sensitive the touch screen is?

used Oracal 651 series clear Rob, for my business partners i-pad, he says it’s been spot on.

Try using clear self cling pvc, I’ve used it for some time on 2 gps devices and a smart phone without problems. Apply it wet, carefully, and it seems to stay on well despite in and out of pockets etc. Easy to replace and no glue left behind. The downside is it’s not water clear
