what is the best thing to do when you get random ink (from the head) on your print work?? This appears to happen sometimes even after i have done a proper clean of the heads. If doing something like a 3 x 10 foot banner and it happens half way what would you do?? start again or leave it?? its one of those awkward choices which i’m not sure whats the best way to go about.

    thanks in advance all! 😀 😀 😀

if you mean random ink drops then check your wipers and pumps.

Are your wipers in need of replacing?

if its a colour dot, in the middle of some unprinted area (white background for example) get a cotton bud, dip it into cleaning fluid and attack the droplet carefully and you can remove it! not so easy over printed area as it will attack the print as well.

Thanks for your replies. It just happens now and again. The wipers are fine. Its more of a general question as sometimes it just happens when the heads touch the vinyl being printed for example. Just curious as after all that printing a horrible, but small dot has to get in the way!!!
