For those who haven’t booked accommodation there are still rooms available in The Gordon House Hotel and St George Hotel both are within walking distance of the meet (The Gordon House is closest). If you want to camp out during the meet, details for local campsites can be found here.
Getting to the Meet Venue…
I’ve attached a map of Rochester High Street, I’ve highlighted the Train Station, The Meet HQ, the 4 local Hotels and the locations of the Car Parking Facilities. The full postal address for the venue is The Corn Exchange, High Street, Rochester, Kent ME1 1LX. The easiest way to reach the Corn Exchange from London is to get the train directly in to Rochester Station from Victoria Station, Charing Cross Station or St Pancras Station for more details on train times please visit National Rail Journey Planner. We will have directional signs in place leading from the station to the venue. As well as from the main roads in and out of Rochester. If you are driving down there are lots of Car Parks but please note that they are Pay & Display so please bring plenty of change for the meter.

Charity Auction – Supporting Arthritis Research UK…
We will be donating all profits from the auction to this amazing charity, who not only fund high class research in to the various forms of Arthritis but also educate health care professionals and support those suffering via the production and distribution of various self-help leaflets and advice pamphlets aimed directly at the sufferers and their carers. The Auction will be held at High Noon on Sunday 7th September. If you have anything you would like to donate please bring them with you to registration. We’ll be open to the Public & Enthusiasts to visit between 10am and 4pm on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th. As we were unable to secure funding we’re charging £3 entrance fee with under 16’s being free. (Under 10s will not be allowed in the Convention Hall). We’ll be donating 30p for every paying visitor who comes through our doors.
