Im looking to buy a budget table saw to trim perspex sheets down by only a few millimeters. Does anyone use one and if so what make and model do you suggest?
Paul if you only want to trim a couple of mm off / put a straight edge on the material you might be better using a router table with an adjustable fence.
Consider how powerful the motor will need to be for the material your cutting and perhaps most important, may be how accurate and square the guide will allow you to cut and how much the guide will allow you to cut off.
Finally, make sure the spindle size will suit the bore size of the blades you will be using/buying. 🙂
