    Hi Richard,

couple of thoughts, try Jag Supplies i know they do an edge trim but whether it Will be bend with a little heat I don’t know, failing that

what about a car accessories shop?
i remember from years back you could get a trim that was used to edge the folds on mini cars Hillman imps and similar, this may do the job if still made

lastly maybe there is something in kitchen type / shop fitting supplies sounds like the sort of thing that would be called for in a bar or disco?

don’t really understand your measurements rich,
but couldn’t you cut it out of chrome or silver vinyl and stick it on if it’s wider than your cut you could do it in two bits, at least you would keep the shape and save bending stuff and if your customer has asked for changes he must expect to pay !!!! or another alternative John Singh is’nt far from you get him to paint it. I have probably said the most stupid thing but it is just a thought 😳

sorry customer is a hard one just did the oval in vinyl and he wants it striped off and all flat cut lettering to make up his logo the rest i did today looks great white acrylic with blue flat cut letters logo was done in vinyl to save cost but he is willing to pay

so the vinyl on the edge is not good enough for him

    thanks lynn
