    Hi People,

    I have to produce 600 cuts at approx 25cm * 25cm.

The vinyl size is 50cmm * 30m. (i have 3 lots of this roll)

Can anyone tell me the best way to fit it all in.

What i was thinking was to reduce it to 23cm * 24 cm to allow for the pinch rollers. and get 8 on a 1m sheet.

What is the best software to use. I have corel draw X3 so is it best to set the page size as 50cm * 30m and copy all the outlines(within the 23cm * 24cm image) into the space or is there an easier way.

    would really appreciate any suggestions.

hope you have some time to spare the pc60 is not the quickest cutter.

page size is your first problem at 600 dpi setting i think from memory is 1600 mm when set to 300 dpi might be 3mts,
remember its the driver page size thats limiting not corals.

tracking over that length is not that clever feed it out first over the whole length to check,

    x3 should be fine.
i would do it if i had to in 1mt chunks
