I’m not a fan of FOL stuff, the sizing doesn’t seem very generous. For polos either UCC004 from BTC or for best price/quality Absolute Apparel AA12 or the heavier AA16

    Or try the Jerzee/Russell Range.
    Z539 for Poly / cotton
    Z569 for 100% Cotton
Z599 for Poly/cotton workwear that goes up to 5XL.

I have also seen The Blue Max range http://www.bluemaxgroup.co.uk/product/Poloshirts Ive never bought from them because of getting them to Germany, but their products seem good.

Jerzee is good stuff but is always more expensive than the Absolute range which is very good value for money, Polos are AA12 230gms and 250 for the AA16

I have recently switched to using the blank label Polos from Promo QC. Surprisingly good quality and take print well.

Other than that stuff like Russells Jerzees offer good quality and reasonable price. Gildans,,, well I’m up and down with those and some batches annoyingly refuse to let hot-peel vinyl work properly and actually hot-peel. My supplier reckons its to do with an insect repellent some of their factories have to use. Fruit of the Loom is always in the frame of course. They also seem to be one of the first to start lowering prices on some products reflecting the lower cotton prices.

If you want something thin but still long lasting, US Basic are worth a look.

I like absolute apparel, although I do find the sizes a bit to big, for long lasting durability Jerzees take some beating,

I just scrolled up and completely agree
Kustom Kit KK400 cant beat those on quality and price.

Kustom Kit for me too, did some in 2005 with my logo and they are still like new, worn every day (obviously I had a few to rotate every coupe of days).

    Cheers
