  • what good quality cutter can be recommended?

Been using creation pcuts for 7 years now but I am getting far more vehicle lettering and sign jobs now so I am ready to take the plunge and buy a better quality cutter for consistancy. What would you recommend? Roland, graphtec or summa?

    Hi

we have had all of those cutter, still using the grapitec and summa.

I`d opt for a laser version, might come in handy one day.

Can`t go wrong with either one.

    Thanks Denise,

Was thinking of the Roland gx24 or the graphtec CE5000-60. Is it worth the extra money moving away from the creation Pcut?

    Thanks Robert,

I am currently using serif draw plus and exporting to flexi starter as a plt file. Will probably keep using these two packages or maybe the cut software that each machine comes with. Are the cut packages include with the cutters any good for adjusting cut layouts?

I think the graptec came with a software discs, but we just use signlab for it and the summa

    Hi Ewan
I have the Roland GX24, love it! Also, if you buy new, I’m pretty sure it comes with Roland Cut Studio, which works from CorelDraw.
Good Lu8ck with your search 😀
