  • What font do M&S use in their Logo

Subject says it all really – seeking the font for M&S (Marks & Spencers)?

    I’m needing:

    M&S
    Talbot Green

    Cheers

This one is in a very light Helvetica 😕

You did ask: What font do M&S use in their Logo?
Just was unsure if you had the right typeface on your picture?
Will be in work tomorrow and will sort something out for you (if no one help out beforehand)

    Thanks Dave

I think your M&S picture is the old one – I’ll have to check with ‘she who must be obeyed’ when she gets home 🙂

If I could find the font, that would be great – got to press 20 hi-viz vests for them.

I’ve downloaded the M&S bit from Brands it’s the Talbot Green bit I need in the same font.

    Cheers

This is straight off the M&S site and appears to be current.

and is in the ‘OPTIMA’ / ‘OPTIC’ / ‘OPTANE’ family of fonts…or 99% there.

(The Comapny / Brands & Logos)

second (EPS) is the YOUR M&S one.

Would say that the one I’ve posted is current as it also appears on their merchandising & gift vouchers…

There’s something odd though, ‘cos the company is definitely "Marks & Spencer" NOT "Marks & Spencers"

    Thanks David, great stuff.

Richard, you’re right of course – its is Marks & Spencer not Spencers

I was just testing member’s attention to detail 😕 Spot the deliberate mistake!
