To whom it may concern,
We are launching the "AUB Arboretum and Botanic Garden" project whereby we will begin by installing labels on all plants on campus.
For now, we will need one kind of signage: An 11 x 4.5cm sign. (Quantity: minimum 2000)
As our location is right by the sea and the signs are all outdoor and accessible to the public, we will need material than can withstand maritime exposure, climatic change, and vandalism. For the signs that cannot be attached directly to the trees, we will also need stakes.
Kindly inform us about the available material signage and stakes, along with their proposed longevity, maintenance aspects, and cost:
Stainless steel (of which kinds), Aluminum (of which kinds), Brass, and Acrylic, etc.
In addition, do you have any printer which we can purchase so we can print our own labels for the future?
An approximate quotation for the labels and stakes is sufficient for this stage because we are currently fundraising for the labels, in the hope that your company will be selected for execution.
