  • What brushes would you get for an apprentice?

    Hi guys,

I’ve not come up as a brushie so I need to ask some advice.

I’ve got a new apprentice here and he needs to get some brushes to start off with. Can you suggest some for us please?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

I bought a set from “Wrights or lymm” at a Letterheads Meet in Scotland.
I forget which set i bought and i have them at home, so I cannot check just now. But here is a link to the company.
I am sure a traditional sign writing pro from boards will better advise you.

LMAO!!! He’s well acquainted with those Rob as well as the tea pot 😉

He’s only got $800 to spend on tools and I’m going to organise him a nice set of fitting tools from Yellow Tools for wrapping and normal vinyl fitting but it’s the brushes that have me stumped.

if its a tools for fitting vinyls mate, have a look at a demo i did based on my own vinyl application tool kit here.

I ahve added several bits and peices since then, but may help give you food for thought. best of the luck with the brushes!
