    Hello all of Wasatch (Software Program) users or DGI operators, i recently join a job of Operating machine, am satisfied about ma self but last i got this error 4 time (in Host mode)
    have no idea why this error come.
    Any one ?

    It looks to me like you were in the middle of a "file open" or "file rip" when this error occurred.

    At a guess I would say your source file is in some way corrupted.

    Do you have another version of the source file you could try using?

    i cant read it but recognize the screen, luckily don’t see it very often last one was a a drop shadow from corel, which it must have done a thousand times before. but not that one

    Hello,
    Its my Luck if the error comes when open this file.
    i had made 4 prints every time i receive this error on 40%
    size of file is 114mb (120mm x 640mm)

    Once you have printed it the first time – you then only need to go into the print queue and run the already ripped file.

    You aren’t ripping this again every time you need a print are you?

    Cheers Phill,
    i used Rip & Print Command for single print (this print is also single)
    i bear 3 print’s to rectifiye this error ,
    finally if i print same file in (Host 4pass mode) then file should be done without any error.
    Problem is that why software eroor comes during printing file, why it is on advance during ripping process.
