webimage: an apple with teeth
here’s a new one for me: guy comes in asking for a picture to post on his website, didn’t say what’s it for, just that he wanted an apple with teeth,
sat down on the pc, made it, mailed it and billed him 😀

the actual creation of the image took 15 minutes, with all the bells and whistles that come with it:
giving the customer a map, making an invoice, burning on cd, and some other stuff you have to do it took about an hour, this includes finding the right pictures etc…
i billed him an houre an a half: 60 euros (i think about: 65 dollars and 39 pounds give or take a bit)
had a good laugh with the whole thing, was very fun to do,
the only downside of it was that everyone who walked by me, stopped working and pulled up a chair giving tips and pointers, it ended up being quit the group project but still had lot’s of fun,
i liked the outcome so much i’m considering something like this to put on the site, or van (not sure yet) i want to promote digital printing and mabey this is a good way to grab peoples attention, but i’ll have to figure out what to do, i find the apple a bit disturbing 😀
mabey next time i’ll do him a bannana 😀
