  As the Technical Coordinator you will be in charge of administration of all aspects of the CWE technical department. You will be responsible for monitoring and quoting support contracts, logging fault reports, allocating engineers and ensuring all relevant components and resources are on site when needed. You will be the 1st point of contact for any technical or support related enquiries. You will liaise with engineers, sales and key partners to organise installations, breakdown repairs and support calls.

  Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Technical team with the day to day Projects administration and document control following the company processes and procedures.
  • Managing and administrating CRM system
  • Dealing with technical queries and technical complaints.
  • Sending emails and meeting requests, produce correspondence, reports and minutes
  • First point of contact for the technical department
  • Processing hardware orders.

  Additional Responsibilities

  • Comply with FSC requirements
  • Comply with ISO14001 requirements
  • Comply with health and safety procedures
