wasatch problem
Hi Guys
Noticed problem trying to print Aqua the other day using our usual profiles
been fine in the past on repeat jobs but no longerBeen on to wasatch and tech 8 who inform me its a profile issue – ive installed 3 profile of which they sent of which one is working perfectly but it prints at 720×360 – i tried to change to 720×720 but upping the passes but this again turns the image to green
I had reinstalled the actual profile which came with the machine (grenidier2)
on the disc but again the aqua is greenprinting direct from signlab the colour is fine but unable to print cut laminate due to lack of use in this department
ive tried the atlas colour generator which again prints with green tinge so cannot produce the colour i need –
any offers of help at this point will be grately received
or if anyone has a profile for MD5 for the grenidier i could try

is this with pre riped files or new eps’s perhaps the eps export has altered its output profile.??chris

Have you tried the profile from metamark site Colin.

we export from signlab as a level 3 eps which we do all the time – it doesnt give me the option to change any setting for the eps
its only this week we started havingthis problem – trying all sorts of profiles if have – the only one which work fine are the ones with only 2 head passes
when i try to change to 8 passes it seems to go back to greenSteve i have just contacted metamark to try to obtain a profile for this – we have already md5 profile installed but these also print green
very confusing

had some new profiles sent to me which work – tech8 reckon my yellow ink may be to vibrant??
sending him a sample to check
