Just had a shocking notice for renewal of warranty…loads a money.
does anyone use an alternative to keep down costs at all?

Thanks Cheryl. As per my email, I’ll let you know on Monday morning when I have all my prices to hand. I’m less than an hour away from you too so response won’t be a problem.

    Thanks

Bronze/silver – Same cover they just dont promise as quick a response – in practice i dont think you notice much difference they still get you up and running on bronze so unless your printer runs 24/7 and you would experience a financial loss with a downed printer then go bronze – in a disaster punters might wait an extra couple of days but noones going to die so not really an issue.

It was nice to speak to you today Cheryl (once you realised who I was :lol1: ) I think your decision is a wise one and if I can be of any help at all in the future, please feel free to give me a call.
