  • Wanting To Know About Triangle Ink Cart

My question is who was using 11-10 ink cart. and changed over to Triangle ink cart. Thinking about changing over to triangle ink cart, but was wanting some pros and cons on triangle ink cart. I here I have to use a different profile than what the factory oem inks and 11-10 inks took. Is it hard to manipulate the Triangle profile if need be. How close does the triangle ink come to hitting the color Target when you print something or are they way far off. If anybody can help me that would be great.

    thanks

I was using original cartridges and changed over to the triangle bulk system, wanting to make a saving. I had my machine 5 years and never really had any major problems. Since I changed to the Triangle inks, I have gone through two print heads (needing another print head soon), two pumps, countless dampers. Sure the inks are cheaper, but this if offset against costs relating to premature changing of parts.
Unless you are going through huge amounts of inks, stay with original inks.
I know this might not answer your question as its not cartridges I use, but its just my experience with bulk system and triangle inks.

Clive, how many print heads and pumps had you gone through in the first 5 years on OEM ink?
