I don’t know why but second hand heat presses are really difficult to find at a reasonable price.

You could keep an eye on ebay but they all seam to go for silly money

We ended up going to R A Smart and getting a new one for under £500

Got mine from http://www.allamericansupplies.com in the states. Even with £100 carriage & comversion to 240v, I still got it way cheaper than anywhere here, even on Ebay at the time (just over a year ago).
Works perfectly, does the job & looks the part.

On the other hand, I bought a hat press off ebay from a co. in Hong Kong, which is a piece of sh!te, it works OK, but looks & feels as though it’s going to fall apart-wish I had never bothered! Serves me right I guess 😳
