bit of an odd issue so ive linked to an image…

it seems to be over printing with cyan ink? ive tryed printing from my laptop as well as changing the usb lead, but with no luck..
any ideas?

Sounds like a faulty printer… might be worth having a printer expert take a look at it.

getting an engineer out is not really an option the call out fee plus time would out weigh the value of the printer.

I use to be in the computer repairs biz… and when ever I had a large printer , printing too much of one colour… it was one of two things.
The board that controls the ink is shot or there’s a fault with the ink/ink flow.
In most cases, it was just cheaper to buy new and put the old one on eBay as spares or repairs to gain back a bit of the cash…
