    Hi All

I have piles of work to get printed tonight, but half of the magenta and cyan heads have dropped out of my versacamm. I have tried about 8 powerful and 4 normal cleaning cycles, I have manually cleaned the heads and the wipers, but still no luck. I also appear to now have tiny amounts of cyan in the yellow head test pattern.

Any ideas on what is causing this (the machines was not used at all last week but printed ok yesterday).

I have loads of work which I need to get printed tonight so I am hoping there might be something I can do myself!

    Many thanks

    John

after 8 power cleans surprised in the carts are not empty if one don’t do it you have a problem. make sure they are not empty.

at least empty the waist bottle.

possibly the pump is not doing its job or poor capping station seal.
lift the pump cover and see if there is any ink leaking from the pump

This is most definitely a capping problem may need new cap for that print head. If you can go to cleaning set up like when you go to clean the heads look at the caps and if you see a bubble of ink there’s your problem. You can clear it with solvent and pin pricks but better for Ne cap. Hope you sort it
