    Hi All

Is my Versacamm really weak or is it normal to get a motor error when cutting on a full roll of 1220 vinyl? It is the feed motor not the scan motor so I assume that the weight of the roll is too much for it? Is this right and if so is there anything I can do about it apart from unrolling the media before I start?

    Thanks

    John

sorry matey! my only suggestion would be to roll out a couple of metres of vinyl and let it sit just above the ground! have you turnrd off the function that pulls the vinyl though and pulls it back before it cuts? mine always used to stop when using that function????
