Looking for opinions on the service and quality offered by Vista Print, particularly their Business Cards and Flyers. Anybody had dealings with them?
    Thanks
    Harry

    Hi Harry

I have used them a few times and are good, quality is good (not brilliant but good) for business cards and post cards.

I have used best printing for flyers and were good quality and good prices.

    http://www.bestprinting.co.uk/flyers-c- … 7ff5ecfccb

Service for both was spot on.

Only problem I had with Vista was I ordered the foiled cards and the quality was poor, the foil was chipping off around the edges of the card. The did offer a full refund or replacement of goods no problem.

    cheers

Used thema few times and altought the lead times can be lenghty the quality is excellent, especially on the plastic business cards.

Prices. about the cheapest in the market, i think. 🙂

i do use vista print for my cheap ‘throw a load in with every mail order sale’ jobs, but wouldn’t use them for my customers / posh cards.

i use a company called caralan printers, the trade prices leave you a good mark up, you’ll make about £35 on 1000 full colour single side glossy cards. i’ve not used them for flyers yet, for them i used fatflyers in brighton, cost me about £160 for 5000 full colour, double sided glossy 350gsm A5 flyers, great quality and about a weeks turnaround for both suppliers.

    Hi Harry

In Ireland, try McGowans Digital in Dublin – http://www.mcgdigital.com and Walsh Colour Print in Kerry – http://www.walshcolourprint.com.

Both very reliable, but Walsh CP would specialise in standard sizes. McG do large format as well as small.

Walsh Colour Print are/were also featured on the UKSB homepage!

    Cheers

    I get mine from gotprint.
Very nice silky cards, color on one side & B&W on the other.
They are not too dear, but the cards look expensive.
    Love…..Jill

Thanks again for all the links!

Could somebody click on Martins links and tell me what you are getting, I seem to be getting an Administrators Login on the first one and none of the links (business cards, etc beside special offers) seem to be working on the second.
Thanks, maybe its just me! 😀

    Hi Harry

I used this link earlier and it was fine, but now it’s down. I think McGowans are working on updates at the moment – try again tomorrow.

BTW – my contact in WalshCP is Pat Fogarty – very decent and helpful guy. Here is his email <pat>

Have to post a commendation here,
4 sets of 1000 business cards
    1000 A5 stapled brochures
All turned around and delivered in 5 days by Walsh Colour Print, at amazing prices I might add. Thanks for the recommendation Martin, one happy camper here! 😀
