Hi everyone this is my first post since joining, just like to say what a great
site it is and you are all obviously genuinely helpful.
Briefly I have just started out after a change of job (furniture dealer 22yrs).Iam trying out VMPro but having problems scaling vehicle images,
That is images from my digital camera not the VMPro supplied images any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thinking about buying a graphtec ce2000 24in any views please.

    Hi Kevin
What I’d do is take a digi pic as square on as possible and measure one of the panels…when you import this into your sign making software…you can re-create the same size panel you have measured…then simply blow the digi pic up until the two panels match…or there abouts…this will give you some idea on the size of all the panels and the area you have to work with…But to get this more accurate there are disk’s available on the market that have almost every vehicle on them…I use one by Ingram Publishing they have a website to connect and purchase from…But I also think that from my short time on this site there maybe somone here that also does it…these disks are far more accurate for size but do not show curves or recesses…what I do is a bit of both….and I take a few measurements for cross reference…I hope this has helped….

I think it would take them forever to digitise every new car that comes out. I imagine it’s quite a lot of work keeping up with all the new vans.
