Hi need a vinyl that sticks to the boards commonly used in ice rinks around the ice, this is a polycarb material sometimes called HDFE, it has a greasy feel and always has a condensation/water issue ???

Is it HDPE you mean. High Density PolyEthylene (wheelie bins) or HDP High Density Polypropylene. (my bench cutting mats)

Both have a very low adhesion – especially the HDP…virtually non-stick and take one hell of a beating.

I’m sure we used to get a stabiliser to use on polypropylene. I think it was essentially a screen printers stabiliser. I’ve only used it a couple of times (yonks ago) to get paint to stick to polypropylene and it did work at the time. I’d imagine you could spray the panels and get the vinyl to stick to that. Sorry I can’t remember what it was called or very much about it but maybe worth asking a screen printer about.

You may get some joy from 3M 94 Primer, which seems to be able to get most things to stick to most difficult surfaces. Never tried it with HDPE though.
