    if it has a gloss finish, a cast would be fine.
    if it has a matt finish, the cast will still work, but I would maybe go with an APA truck vinyl if it has to be a long-term thing.

    dependant on how flexible it is when fitting, and how big your graphic is. having someone leaning a section of rigid sheet material inside the spot your applying can make life easier to give you pressure against the surface when squeegeeing. make sure you have a felt strip on your squeegee and don’t apply too much pressure if you don’t have a board behind it as it can create tunneling of air between the two edges of the squeegee. hard to explain typing. 😀

    Thank you gents, I think maybe truck vinyl is way to go.

    I know exactly where your coming from Rob, the tunneling is the biggest problem when doing this kind of thing.
