hi guys…. I desperately need some help here if you can. I’m using a roland camm-1 pnc 1000 500mm wide vinyl cutter with flexi sign 7, but the longest it will cut is 1620mm then stops!!. i’ve tried everything incl. setting the user defined to much longer lengths but it only cuts upto 1620mm. Any suggestions would be miles better than nothing…..please please please help me someone. signed, desperate Lee. x x :headbang2:

    Hi Lee!
I have an old roland pnc 1000 – the longest you can plot is 1620mm
slice up your artwork first in illustrator and do it in sections
    cheers

cheers mike. so you’re saying that it’s correct that the longest it will cut in one stretch is 1620mm right ? All that time i spent messing with it and it can’t be changed anyway. Any idea why it’s set at that.? it is because of the friction feed on these old cutters ? …. i’m just curious now in the history. thanks again for setting the record straight.
