    VersaWorks wont let me install new ICC profiles

    Im trying to install some hexis ICC profiles into versaworks but it keeps saying ‘the media file is invalid’ even though they are ‘.rml’ files.

    has anyone had this issue before?

    think that is what it says or similar if its for the wrong printer

    The only time I had that message was when I tried to install a VS540 profile when my VersaWorks was running my old SP540V. It turned out that the description on the site I downloaded to profile from indicated it was for the SP540V but in face contained profile information for the VP540.

    have you re-downloaded them again? files could be corrupt
