Sorry if I am trying to teach you how to suck eggs but if you have a rake of jobs in it it increases the time to load.Other than that sorry I can’t help mate.
Cheers

Yep had this, never could work out why, I waited for it to open then cleared out the job list, which helped with the loading time, after about 3 weeks for some reason it cleared it self and started opening as normal

Hi gary,
have tried that! which is why i posted that other thread! I think i have a problem as i could not export or even save the previous jobs?? But even with the job list deleted we are taking an absolute age to open?? I dont think it has automatically updated itself! Will try re-install!Martin, you did nothing and it righted itself? how bizarre! Might leave it another few days before re-install!!
Thanks guys!

don’t uninstall it go to the start men and initialize in this will clear you settings & jobs but cures a lot of problems basically resets everything you can also clear your job logs from there as wellKev

When I had the problem, I initialised wich reset versaworks, I then needed the ip address of the versacamm, to set up the printer – it also for some bizarre reason made the job list images unviewable.
A couple of weeks later the program started running at normal speed, a little while later the images in the job list reappeared, no prblems since then -
Hi dan
i had a similar problem with signlab 8 and it turned out to be anti virus that was slowing things down, also sounds like maybe some sort of auto update on the pc if other people have the problem then it cleared a couple of weeks later ? Just a thought but im no techno on pc’s just a thought ?
