I recently done the update on versaworks and now I can’t edit jobs, I can load them in but when I double click the job then it crashes

Each time I boot up versaworks then it asks me to update again, no matter how many times I do this it just keeps asking if I want to update

    Anyone else had/have this problem??

Hi Guys, view the start option in windows and search out the versaworks folder. there is an option to initialise the program, click on it, this will restore the rip back to basics, before resetting the rip double check the ip address under printer status on the top menu bar. when you restart the program you will need to add the ip address again to the box that opens and then click verify, apply this and then wait until the rip allows you to finally click on ok this should get you out of a hole.

failing this uninstall the rip and reinstall the working edition you are using.

roland will send you out the latest edition cd/dvds of versaworks if you ask them.

    good luck

    Andy
