I might be wide of the mark here but sometimes exporting text from Corel draw as an EPS duplicates the text
re import your file back into your drawing package & see if that is the case
If it isn’t duplicated – sorry I can’t help

this has happened to me latter i found 2 lots of text on top of one another grouped together i must have accidentally presed the plus button.
i would start by breaking a copy of the drawing apart until you find it

Danny, colourip will only cut anything with a cutting path. I’d do as glenn suggested and go back to the original file before it was ripped, and make sure the cut line has not been duplicaed at that point.
No other reason for it to happen as colourrip only interprets the defined ‘cutpath’ hairline.
I sometimes get caught because my cutpath colour is white, and I sometimes use the cutpath colour as white in my drawings. Consequently if I go to rip the picture, it will interpret the fill as a cutpath too.
sorry I can not help other than that

thanks guys, but none of that is the answer.
I always use a bizarre clashing colour ( such as bright orange ) in illustrator for my ‘CutPath’ so that i dont get lost.
Also there is definitley just one cutpath ( not a duplicate on top of each other )
Arrgh!
Anyone else any suggestions?
cheers everyone Danny

i think chris may have it (unless its the xport thing, )
i’ve just this minute watched my cutter go over about 40 4″ relective chequer sqaures three times ! when i checked the vector it was because i’d copied and pasted twice (effectively duplicating it on top of itself twice), and forgotten to move them, somewhere along the line i grouped them and when i cut them it went over three times 😳
i’d check(er !) that first
