    Versa Studio BN-20 stop printing

    Hi

    I was printing few prints and after I returned to setup new print I noticed the last one didnt print properly. cut marks were stripes no other colour only blue was visible on end was visible black ink drops and didnt print the second set of cut marks at all. There is enough inks in cartridges. Did cleaning, no test print so I did pump inks just in case but didnt help at all. Printer doesnt show any errors or warnings. Any idea if this is head problem? And if yes is there any other company other than roland which can fix this?
