Well done Andrew
How did you find putting a large graphic on dry, any problems?
I like the design, nice and clean as you say.
The only things I would have done differently would be:-
Get rid of the word ‘Telephone’ and move the number up slightly.
And put the lines of text under the main logo on their own lines one above the other.
I just think it would read better.

Looks a good job, how did you get on with bubbles on the large panel.
One const crit, I would have put the wording the reads ” Quality Dry Cleaners & Clothing alterations etc” into two lines that read more easily.
rather than have the “&” linking the two statements together. ( Oh Im hopeless at explaining )Professional Clothing Alterations
& Quality Dry CleaningAll centred
Just my opinion 😀

i agree with other comments but why all the fuss cos its fitted dry.
lovely colours like the paneling just the also wording needed a tweak.
i would have fitted it wet – really wet – very wet – sopping wet – dripping all down my legs wet – long live the wetties i saychris 😀

Andrew,
did you hinge it at the top, bottom, or middle.

Love the panel, congrats on doing that dry, it looks great. Same crits as others with the other text.
Well done

I agree with Chris, I like applying vinyl wet……the wetter the better !
I think Robert should open a forum for “wetties” to show people new to the business how to do it WET !!! 😀
I’ll get my coat ! *hair* (it’s been a long day )!

Well done mate.
Bit confused why anyone would do this wet.
Not sure when I did my last job wet. It is not difficult to do anything dry, it just takes practise. The more you doi dry, the easier it becomes.
Only time I’ll do wet is if it is a really humid day, or it is longer than 1200mm usually.
If you are a wetty normally mate, good onya for giving dry a go.
… I’ll be off now before the other wetty’s get on their soap boxes and give me some trouble…. (:)

good job buddy
i personally do 90% of my work dry, but i say go with whatever you feel right with – after all its only time

Dry is certainly best if you want to get it done quick. However if you’ve got plenty of time there’s nothing wrong with doing it wet. I used to always do it wet simply because I didn’t know any better and didn’t have the confidence to try it dry. For a beginner I would certainly recommend doing it wet (You can slide it about and reposition it for one thing)- but for the more experienced I would say there are definately advantages in doing it dry.
What 😮
What’s so funny 😕

OK so I must admit, had to add a bit of lubrication today.
I was doing a mini roof with checks, dropped on of the squares accidently, before applying. it was oracle cast, so for all you that know, its like chewing gum, if it touches it sticks. as I didnt have a spare, only way to salvage was to spray app fluid onto the offending bit, this did 2 things,
cooled the vinyl down so i could lift it and made it possible to get rid of the creases.
It also meant that I had to spend an extra 10 minutes waiting for the fluid to dry before the vinyl would lay flat on the contour of the roof.
Moral
wet is fine but it takes longer to lay

Don’t you find that sometimes you just have a bad day, getting bubbles all over the place? I do, so I use the old spray occasionally. Other than that, I stick dry, coz I’m ace.
Edit: Sorry Andrew, the van looks nice. Now you have the confidence you should find dry application a lot easier. Just the text under the main panel could have been formatted a bit better, as others have said.

Congrats on your first dry application Andrew 😉 looks good … I would agree with the other constructive crits about the text on their own lines below the logo panel.
Good of you to show us some of your work. 😀

Thanks for the comments,
I did offer the text in 2 lines – The Customer is always Right (Right?)
Hinge at the top,
The only bubbles were my fault where the squeegee overlapped, but whats a few pin pricks between friends !
The main advantage to me doing this dry was time – done and dusted in 1 hour 😛
