The Yellow is the New Oracal 970 coloured Digital Print Material.

Bit thicker than normal vinyl, but very glossy. Looked real classy.

Client wanted a conservative look, I was up against some very good artwork, but his budget was not up to the task, nor did he want something that would be hard to repair if it had a scrape.

    We settled on this.

    Oracal 970 Yellow
    3M series 50 Black
    Rijet75 Print and laminate

    Cheers
    Shane

    Looks good.

why they have to have those panels; you could have made the bullets bigger and the card logo if the manufactures would make em smooth.

    Very nice Shane,

Another case of less is more, good use of digi print on a vehicle.

Shane, meant to ask, is the yellow the colour of the film, or did you print it?

No mate, its the actual colour of the film. Its actually a wrap film. It replaces the Oracal 870 wrap film, http://www.ags.com.au/20060605-1.asp with the only difference is that it is now considered printable.

Goes pretty goey when you heat it tho, but you have a high stretchability before it loses its colour.

They claim it has repositionable glue, but it stuck like poo to a blanket when I did this one dry.

    Limited colours tho http://www.ags.com.au/store/subcategory … goryID=605

More here, although we don’t have the RA version yet http://www.oracal.com/products/product.asp?seriesID=237

    Hi Shane
Despite my best efforts I see you managed to finish the van.
I actually saw the prints for this in the flesh so to speak. They would be the best print I have seen.
    Well done Shane
