This is the first time posting some of my work, so I hope it goes ok. This drag car was lettered last week, the night before a match race. I did not make the lettering, it was printed by Flat Out Decals, very nice work on them. The numbers and the drivers name on the windows were cut by me and placed backwards on the inside for a smooth look. The car will be unveiled on Friday at a National Event in St Louis.

thanks for sharing – this is something we don’t see too much of over here.

That’s very impressive kawy.. Excellent mate!
Leeroy is right.. Those pictures would rake you in business sitting in your reception area are work or in your portfolio.

Is the car part wrapped in the graphic?
Or are some of those effects on the paintwork by airbrush?
The spider on the bonnet looks brill also.. Now tell me that is paint! If its not
Then it must have been a nightmare to apply!

Thanks for sharing mate.. Hope you have more stuff like that to make us all jealous!

Thanks for the comments everyone. The little symbol in the widow maker lettering is supposed to be an hourglass. It looked better on the initial drawing than on the cut letters. The spider is painted on, the body shop that painted the car did all of the spider work, as well as the spider web which isn’t very visible at night. Shows up awesome in the sun. Hope he runs as fast as it looks this weekend. He is the current world record holder with a 6.11 second elapsed time in the quarter mile.

Didn’t have the greatest of outings this weekend, could not get the car to hook up to the track. Best was a 6.48. Not good enough for the exhibition. This car normally runs 6.20’s and in the teens in good air.
