After worrying a lot about my first "full car kit" I did this for a good customer. I found it really difficult to begin with and soon lost my temper with the little air bubbles. (Not my style, usually have lot’s of patience!) I ripped one whole side off as it wasn’t working how I wanted it to. Then I re-assesed my fitting method. I trimmed all the backing down around the cut vinyl so it was easier to work with. I did the whole thing dry. I added the pink shadow last by hand without app tape as I found it easier to manipulate than have it come off as I adjusted the yellow.

I know it’s not perfect, but for my first go, I’m quite pleased. I had to vectorise from a photo as I never found a source for the "swooshes" in that particular style. The yellow is 751c and the pink is 551. These were picked by the customer so that’s why they’re two different ranges. I’ll post some better pictures when I see the car again on Saturday Morning. I’ve re-done some parts as I didn’t like my choices of font.

Unfortunatly it took me a LONG time to do….embarrasing really! Took me more than a day, but then I was short changed on the 751 so ran out and had to go get some more.

    Anyway, constructive criticism accepted!

    Thanks
    Adam

I like it, looks well, very clean looking 😀

Only slight thing for me would be the waxacar at the back, kinda looks a little outa place but thats only IMVHO..

That’s one of the things I changed for something a bit smaller and a bit fancier.

a good looking job well done

when i started i thought i would not get much faster and that a job like this i would allow a day fitting after doing 3 or more like this you will do this sort of job cut and fitted in 2 to 3 hours

i fit the same job every month on 2 or 3 new vans first one i did took me 2 hours i can now fit in 45 mins start to finish not allowing for cutting

again well done on a nice looking job
