Hi,

thought I’d show a pic of a van we did last week…..

decided on the line at the bottom, masked it off and had it sprayed….
ran a line of dots along the edge [to match their corporate literature] the digital images printed on MD5 on Mimaki JV3 SP

customer was happy…..althougn I get a little nervous when spraying a brand new van…….

looks good andrew, nice and clean and corporate looking.
did you not fancy doing the bottom stripe in vinyl as opposed to paint?
we did asimilar type of thing but the vans were leased for 12 month contracts so they didnt want to paint, we just vinyl’d the bottom then removed it 12 mths later, macfleet vinyl if i remember correctly.

Very Nice.

Like Kevin said, we did a 15 car fleet last year with a very similar idea. Did it in vinyl too. They still look as good as the day we did them.

Nice job tho.

Glad you’re enjoying the site, I still spend hours looking through the Show Us Your Stuff forum as ppl do some awesome work and its great for ideas etc.

Hi

customer said he was going to run the van into the ground…so I was happy to have it sprayed…..

I love all the pictures of vans on this site. They are nothing like the ones we have over here. The blooming steering wheel is on the wrong side. 😉 No really, the shapes of them is different.

Nice work Andrew, I agree with the others ….. looks nice, clean & corporate :thumbup2:

I too spend a bit of time browsing “Show us your Stuff” especially if Im having a “Carrie lacks inspiration” Day :lol1: There is a lot of great work in there.

Really nice job.

You ARE brave, painting the band of blue. Sod that! If I bugger up a vinyl stripe I can take it off and start again. Of course I don’t bugger anything up, ever. 😕
