    Hi Dex,

I don’t think you will have any problems at all using 9800 on that sort of job – as long as you fed the vinyl around the ridges/grooves and didn’t stretch it into them afterwards.
Looks fine to me – is there something else going in the main panels though ?
Price is a bit tricky on something like that with so many logos and colours to assemble – also depends if you had much work to do with creating cuttable artwork too. I would guess approx £100 ish but subject to variation depending on my earlier points !!

cheers nigel the guy does not want anything on main panels not sure why
    price is about right too
i fed the vinyl into the grooves as you say rather than stretch afterwards
so hopefully it will be okay
i have a transit to do on the strength of it olde worlde fireplaces!
    all the best

    Hi dex
Nice work mate, thanks for taking the time to post it.

like Nigel said. There could be extra costs on setup etc but price is about right.
    I.e.
Let’s say you don’t have any of those logos. First you would have to recreate them all or pay someone to vectorize them for you. You could spend many hours just doing this alone.

The vinyl mactac 9800 is a good vinyl. I also use it on various jobs I do.
Folding the vinyl in and out the recesses is the best way. When you do this it’s always good to give it a good blast of heat to activate the glue. But not always essential if the weathers warmish.

do you mean for a squeegee mate?
i use a squeegee called a 3M Gold with cloth stuck to one side.
this can basicaly be done with any nylon squeegee you get from most vinyl suppliers.
or you can get a felt squeegee, again you can buy them from suppliers like mactac, grafytyp or KPMF.

    regarding pictures.
there should be a feature in your software that allows you to alter the size of the picture. basicaly you dont want it wider than 600 pixals.
ill see if i have anything to help explain this better..
