Hi All
Had a good (but demanding) customer come in yesterday afternoon, all Irish lilt and smiles :P. ‘Bought another truck Nick’ he says. ‘You can sign write it tomorrow can’t you?’
As it happens a sub contract fitter we use was in looking for work so we took it on after being promised the unit would be in their yard by 9.30 the next morning as we had other work booked in later that day.
Vinyl cut that evening, 2 fitters waiting at 9.30 as promised – truck there :no1:. Lots of unanswered phone calls later and we hear at 10.30 that its on the M25 : (chat.): :o. Do I ever learn :no1:.
Unit arrived 11.30ish, all got done as per his normal spec – pic attached. Nice bloke, more to come and he also pays on the nail so that’s why we did it I suppose.
Not quite as bad as the time he brought his whole 40′ unit in to be done whilst he waited (!)
