    Nice job Shane!
It always amazes me the difference between our vehicles.
I have not seen that type of tailgate on a truck since the 80’s. The way the handles are on the side like that, also the side of the bed that goes in and has the tie down hooks. I think the old, old Toyotas used to be like that here.

    hm.. nice Shane.

but I wonder what a “Major Projects Operations Centre” in that airport really is?

By any chance was there any unusual terrorist activity behind that door?

    Thanks guys.

The toyota is an new ’06 model. Never paid any attention to the tailgates before Marek, but this a base model unit, mainly sold as a work truck. Nothing fancy inside, everything is bog standard, so it may be a model especially for the trade. I’ll have to start looking at tailgates now 🙄 It is the cheapest toyota ute they sell here.

Dave, the Gold Cost Airport have their own building company, and it is the office of their people that are planning a major upgrade to the airport. May be something to do with the new A380 but I’m not sure. Coolangatta is a pretty small airport and they are hemmed in by houses, so I could be wrong on that.

Jap import mate. This guy waited 2 months for this one, got another client wanting 2 luxury versions, has to wait til April, and another client ordered 2 hiace vans and has to wait 5 months.

When I buy a new vehicle, I want it now!

    Thanks Lynn
