van graphics: tek 8
Posted by Neil Davey on 2 April 2005 at 13:36Hi,
My son and I did this van this morn. I designed this logo for the customer who also uses it on his business cards etc.
Cheers Neil & Kris

That looks really nice!
How does your son like helping you out? Is it a chore or fun for him?
I’m thinking of putting me niece to work, but she is a bit of a complainer so it might not be worth it. Plus her hourly shop rate is more than mine! 😉

nice work mate, the van/design looks good.
plenty impact to get the name across… well done…constructive crit: not fussed on the tiler logo, maybe better larger and in an off white/light grey… thats just a self preference though. 😀
thank you for taking the time to post your work. 😉

Cool design Neil
As Rob says if the tiler was a lighter shade, say grey, it would work a treat
as it would fade into the background and allow the lettering to stand out moreGreat layout and use of space
Thanks for sharing 😀

Thanks for the comments guys, I agree with you ’bout the tiler graphic.
wasn’t quite sure ’bout it myself.
but i’ll blame Kris for that, well i am the boss!!!! 😉

Nice work you two! 😀 As has been said, the little tiler guy makes it a little difficult to read the red text, but its a cracking van design and it’d certainly catch my eye! 😀

Very nice and punchy.
I agree with the grey on the tiler.
Hopefully your son won’t turn you grey!
He looks like a good kid.
I’ve been trying to train my son, he’s great at removing old stickers!

I like it. Must confess I don’t have a problem with black/red tiler, but gray would look good too.
Well done
My 10yo worked with me during the school holidays, cost me a fortune keeping him fed!!
Cheers mate
