valuejet media end with arlon roll up??

quick guess is it has a silver backing and the rear sensor is miss reading it as not there.
could try a bit of black vinyl over the rear media sensor may even have to do the front one aswell and don’t use find edge setup

Yip, i second what Chris says. We covered our sensor shortly after purchasing the printer as it came up end of roll too many time right in the middle of a print (usually alarge one lol)

thanks guys, i had only one roll up to do today so i put some app tape on the shiny back and it worked 🙂
