    yes, u nailed it… it will warp … dont know how to get around it without using foamex

    turn on half of the lamps. i.e. if you have 4 lamps, use two. half the heat so helps prevent it rising. you could also run a fast print setting so it has less time to rise.

    We just put a 1500mm heavy cutting ruler on top of the correx and just keep it close to the printhead and light sources as it feeds through

    You can also put a scan delay (pause per head pass) on the machine. This will help prevent the build up of heat and allow the material to ‘relax after each pass.
