Using images from CDisks. Copyright?
Hi gang
Forgive me if you all know this but I`m just the FNG here (fekin new guy).
How does the copyright law go with using graphic images from purchased CDs?
I make reflective motorbike vests with designs cut from graphics taken, on the whole, from these sort of CDs. as long as they`re not trade marks is this OK?
Surely that`s the whole idea of these disks? (?) -

Normally there is a disclaimer of use within the CD (on jewell case or within the notes somewhere)
However you may need to contact the author depending on the CD and its use.
